Tribal Lion Belt Buckle, Tiger's Eye & Filigree

This unique belt buckle has a fierce and majestic African lion with an expression that could make your knees tremble. Brave and courageous he is placed center of an ornate filigree. Originally the piece was a weathered bronze color. I used old gold metallic wax to brighten the lion and bring out the incredible detail in the sculpture.
The background, in ethnic colors and design, is cork fabric. The rope style edge is lined with beautifully polished tiger’s eye tube beads. Buckle is definitely a unique statement piece.
Buckle has a hook and D ring to use with snap belt up to 1 1/2 inches.
