Whimsical Woodland Nymph Fairy Belt Buckle

This woodland nymph fairy belt buckle is bound to get everyone's attention for it's beauty and imaginary vision of our fantasies. The sleepy and somnolent little nymph hidden among tree leaves is sculpted ceramic in a lovely peachy pink red color (Depends on how the light hits it). She is placed onto a silver finished pendant blank and surrounded by fall colored, very thinly cut aluminum leaves and tiny green glass beads. The buckle itself is extraordinary; flourished with ornate swirls, rope style edging, and beautifully detailed flowers. Very dimensional! The buckle was originally a deep rustic dull bronze. I lit it up with a greenish gold metallic wax to add to the woodland feel.

A "woods nymph" can refer to a mythological forest spirit (also called a dryad). In Greek mythology, nymphs are young, virginal female spirits associated with natural locations like forests and trees. They are often depicted as protectors of their domain and may have plant-affinity powers.

The buckle has a hook and D ring to use with a snap belt up to 1 1/2 inches. It's an original one of a kind. There won't be another just like it. Makes it special and just maybe will bring good luck to the owner.
