Retro Love Mosaic Mixed Media Wall Hanging Home Decor will add a touch of whimsey and color to your decor. This piece (16 x 20) is perfect for the retro lover. Hang it in a nursery room, kids and teen's room or even the game room. How about a house warming gift or wedding gift for newlyweds. Or use as dorm decor. The piece is made on a wood canvas so you don't need a frame or hangers. Just place the back over the nail and you're done. I used a hollow laser cut out that I painted with gold foil paint. Inside the letters I used stained glass pebbles and tumbled crushed glass. The smaller heart is lined with tiny flowers with rhinestone centers. Inside the heart is AB pink half pearls centered with a porcelain vintage brooch. The letters are all lined with red and white glass beads. A ceramic bird adorned with a little peace sign sits perched atop the heart. Painted laser cut flowers are scatter along the corners on a navy blue and pink background that is accentuated with a transparent gold glitter glaze. I finished the entire piece with several layers of crystal clear varnish that intensifies the colors and adds depth. The sides are painted navy. With the least little light in the room the piece literally glows. Such fun!
