Midnight Sun Mosaic Mixed Media Southwestern Wall Hanging Home Decor Original Art

This southwestern mandala mosaic mixed media wall hanging will add a splash of color and sparkle to your wall and certain to be a conversation piece. Midnight Sun is original one of a kind. I used a mandala ceramic trivet in the center and built out from there using wide and narrow wood paint stir sticks done one on top of the other to add depth and dimension to the sun rays and are colored with acrylic paint. Between those are beautiful glazed spear shaped ceramic tiles. Tiny gold half pearls adorn the rays. Turquoise ceramic tiles are placed at the end of the rays and decorated with the gold pearls and lined with copper metal beads. The background is black with a clear gold glitter glaze which gives it a star filled appearance that sparkles stunningly when any light at all hits it. Fun and dynamic. Also the black and sparkles wrap around the sides so you get flashes from every angle. This piece can be hung horizontal or vertical.
