Old World VictorianStyle Rose Vase
I call this piece of art "Roses on an Old Castle Wall". Fill with a beautiful bouquet of poinsettias and cedar stems for a festive tabletop centerpiece during the holiday.
I built the piece on a heavy glass vase. I handmade all the roses, leaves and gold scrolls with Apoxy Sculpt. The small white flowers are resin with sparkling clear rhinestones. The background is textured with molding paste painted with "Castle sage" (that is a greenish gray) chalk paint and lightly highlighted with metallic gold wax. It is heavily protected with crystal clear sealer and safe to use with natural flowers.
This will make a luxurious gift for yourself, Christmas, Mother's Day gift, Housewarming gift, Wedding gift, shower gift, Birthday gift, etc. I can make this vase with different colored flowers if you prefer.
