Western Southwestern Belt Buckle, Faux Turquoise, Mother of Pearl, Artisan buckle
Western Southwestern Unisex Belt Buckle with Faux Turquoise and Mother of pearl dyed dark blue. The focal on this beautiful buckle began with a brass filigree, a pendant blank on which I added an edging of tiny gold metal beads. An insert of vibrant turquoise and red wood disk topped by a faux turquoise flower with antique copper bezel. I surrounded the focal with copper metal beads. The background is made with small midnight blue MOP. The MOP is contained with a heavy duty sealer to insure against loss. The buckle is antique gold and has a hook and D ring to use with a snap belt up to 1 1/2 inches.

The colors are darker than expected, but it is beautiful and very well made.
